退款政策
Order Processing & Cancellation
All orders placed on Fanvora.store enter a short processing window before production begins.
Customers may request order cancellations or changes within 1 hour of placing the order. During this time, we will make every effort to process the request.
After the 1-hour window, orders are automatically sent to production. Once production has started, modifications, cancellations, or refunds are no longer possible, as all products are made to order.
If a cancellation request is submitted after the allowed window, we may attempt to check the order status with the fulfillment provider; however, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Return Window (United States)
Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.
European Union (Right of Withdrawal)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products from designated Final Sale collections
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as non-returnable at purchase
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
For customers located in the European Union, restocking fees will only apply where legally permitted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 5–10 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos for verification
You will receive a replacement or full refund without any restocking fee.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, including European Union countries:
- Customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes
- These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping costs
- Fanvora is not responsible for these fees
